Technical help please. Trying to renew our two memberships on line at the renewal price but the price they are trying to charge is the new membership price! Can I not renew on line at my discounted price?

Yes you can renew online, it can come up at a different price when you add the passes to your basket but usually once you get to the payment page you should notice the price has reverted to the renewal price.

Does your membership number show at the top of the screen when you first login?

I had exactly the same problem, was showing the full price and I went right through to the payment step and it didn't change. I happened to be going near St Stephens yesterday so I just went into the shop and sorted it there but it is a pain. Definitely a glitch somewhere.

Many thanks for the replies. Yes my membership number does come up and one time when | tried an error message appeared that I had no membership to renew! Suppose I'll just have to go into town then. Just hope that the pass will work at the turnstiles once I've renewed!!

Thanks CCS. I did try renewing over the phone on the number they published. It said ticket office was closed. So I googled shop opening times and the ones I pulled up were different from those you posted. Mine said Saville Street was open. So off I went into town only to find the bloody shop was closed! No wonder people don't renew their passes!

If you’re renewing, last season’s card is still valid.

New cards are only issued for new members.
