Absolutely,one of the great moments of being a supporter.

I'll get my tin hat ready, but .... what if the previous board/owners had screwed him over? All the lies that have come to light since the demise of the Etheringtons just makes me wonder whether he was as bad as we were all led to believe. Just a nagging doubt and I will gladly be corrected when the truth eventually emerges.

Interesting. He hadn't signed his contract because there was no reference to a guaranteed testimonial, which he says he was verbally promised. I have no doubts that he left for more money though. Just shows how slack the previous regime was.

He was actually very honest about his contribution to his fall from grace, and his problems with alcohol and depression.

Interesting that he said Peter Sharp was the best coach he'd ever had. Makes him leaving Hull when he did even dafter really.

Hope his charity efforts are successful, Dove House is a great cause.

I agree. There is still a lot if ill feeling towards him from FC fans but you have to respect him for this charity work. What he's doing isn't easy and it's for a great cause.
