If Horne makes it I'd play him at 1 and move Whiting to centre with Briscoe returning to the wing.

If Radford makes it I'd play him in Dowes' place.

If Radford and Horne are out then it's not difficult to select the 17 because we only have Kent , Cunningham , Briscoe, Green and Crooks over and above the remaining "first" 17. And there's a whole week of training to go yet , time for at least a couple more strains and bumps!

I would agree with that.



I also don't think Horne should be anywhere near the first team line-up. Why risk a player who's had such injury/health issues in round1?

I think Whitings a better fullback than Horne anyway.



Fitz will be named LF, Agar always does. It will be interesting to see who drops to the bench out of Manu, Tickle and Westerman. Of course he might persist with Manu at centre.



I also dont think Agar will play Briscoe at centre, he has had plenty of chances before and not done it.



My guess is if we do get Sammut he will play 6 and Turner to centre.

True but I think the reason we want a player like Sammut is to get someone who will be in the thick of it taking on the line, getting players to run off him etc. He won't do that as much from fullback.

IF Tansey stays then he plays and Whiting to centre and a big if we get Sammutt then he he goes to 6 for the whole season...Horne becomes back-up and Turner kicking tee carrier.
