Good luck,Leigh spent a fortune on there old ground before joining S.L putting in a couple of thousand seats and it was an absolute waste of funds.
Hope you get the ground up to spec before you play the likes of Leeds.

AFAIK Trinity pay rent and are liable for maintenance. Thats why NM can't come soon enough. A lot of clubs have left their old owned ground and struggled in a new rented stadium. Trinity are not in that boat so should find the transition a little smoother. |
