Just make sure the players don't give away silly penalties all game and show they've learned how he refs. No excuses for the coaches not to prepare the players for it in the same way they will for their opponents.

The problem with Childs is he is pedantic in the extreme, add to that the fact that he doesn't appear to apply the rules consistently and it is nigh on impossible to coach the team to play within his interpretation of the rules. |
