was chatting to one of the academy lads yesterday. He recons Fekka is doing realy well with his weight loss and is looking very much leaner. great news IMO.

Had a quick word with Feka, Carmont and Hansen in the gym last week. Feka's apparently lost around 20 pounds so far.



Tell you one thing he should keep the beard he's grown - that thing would scare anyone off.

So a stone and a half already. Got to be good.



Hopefully Piggy is on the same diet. Looking at some footage from last year. It was embarassing. A PROFESSIONAL athlete looking like that?

I'm glad to hear the guy's losing weight, people's gripe's with feka are over his mobility and duration spent on the field, if this new fitness regime can sort those two problems out we'll have a new player on are hands.



Hopefully we'll see an improvement in all the players, not just the one's that us fans have in the past deemed unfit.
