Wane being called Lead Assistant Coach with the other two Assistant Coach, a sign of MM efect already? If indeed we are to have 3 assistants, who are going to become the Senior & Junior Academy coaches.

I'd say he'll get the Academy team, which just leaves the Reserves position free.



In 2-3 years time Radders moves up to Reserves Team Coach (and so on)!!

Not sure what is going on there. MM can't have had much chance to decide on the last two you mention. If you listened to the IL interview on the club web site he says the likes of those last two and Foreshaw have the right to be considered for jobs but its up to MM and he (IL) is happy to stand aside and let him decide who he wants.



So if anything all that could mean is no decision has really been made but in the meantime they have not been sacked .

Would Viever's, Forshaw & Pendlebury have contracts (set lengths in years) with the club or would they be salaried staff?

There still under contract i would imagine. so there still in the positions untill MM decides
