Why is Calderwood not involved he is very quick over the full distance. Richards also another one who is quick over full length of the pitch, not many catch him.

I'd just like to say I couldn't give a flying toss who the league's fastest man. Speed is irrelavant these days with controlled restarts and the likes. A cr*p gimmick if you ask me!

Correct, it was just on a random weeknight - we ended up watching it from car park 5 on the other side of the Duggy with about 300 others

Why did so many people turn up for something like this. Am I seriously being told that more people turned up for a race between a few players than turn up for some people's home games.

Absolutely no idea to be honest, but the stand was packed a good hour before the race actually took place. Loads of Saints fans there, decent Leigh representation and obviously loads of Wiganers.

Why don't they just make this the showpiece event of the year

Liam Colbon represented Wigan, as Dallas got injured in the game on the previous weekend.

Dallas v Albert may have been interesting.

Rads would have been more interesting. He probably had greater speed over the distance.
