All the players - even those loving every minute at the club

- will be looking ahead to 2014. Given that it's not even clear that the club will be around next year, the earlier you get fixed up for next season, the better.



When might we expect some news on 2014?

Piece on the BBC Sport website from "Good Ol' Gus" about the restructure and more importantly highlighting the Broncos need to get a ground sorted for next year.



On Tony Clubb - I don't blame him. A rugby career for those lucky enough to get to the top level (SL) in this country is short and ruthless. He says nothing that I don't agree with - he wants to have a career he can look back at and be proud of. If that involves moving from London, then I don't blame him at all. Loyalty only gets you so far, you need to provide for your family and the wage structure and ability to shine in London's team is not great compared to the bigger teams up north. I only hope he leaves and goes to an actual top team, not a team like Castleford or Wakefield, as they are no more likely to win things than us. If he goes to a Wigan, St Helens or Leeds level team, good on him.

Is Clubby that good?

Average player at best who i guess has an agent telling him how wonderful he is.

You really have to wonder how he is captain if he doesn't even want to play for the club. Make him see out last year of his contract and send him on loan to Hemel.

Trouble now is even if he got back to his best form he seems to be very injury prone - I would be very surprised if one of the big clubs came in for him bearing that in mind. He might be our skipper but I don't think he'd be the greatest loss for us, must be earning a reasonable whack of our salary cap so that money could be put to good use if he get the release he wants.

I do like Clubb, think he's one of our better players. But he can't seem to stay fit, can't see any 'big' club signing him due to this.

Get the armband off him now.



We need everyone pulling in the same direction for the rest of the season...every point must be fought for, and we shouldn't see the semi-final as already lost.



But if the captain doesn't want to be here, how does that motivate the team?



If we get to Wembley, I'd drop him. Then he can see 'his' team lift a trophy while he bleats about needing to be in big games.

As I posted in another thread got it from a credible source at Esher game, ie his dad clubb wants to be gone from London as our only England capped player he is miffed at the pay he is getting compared to some other quote younger unquote players

Why on earth he would accept the captains role I don't know
