Rumour has it that the sub`s bench experiment is due to continue.......so 4 to miss out this week will be Gower, Bryant, Bailey and Foosi............that will really confuse Shudders.....games as good as ours if we stick to the RP master plan.

Perhaps what I expected, on paper it is a fair side, but it is a lottery how they will play on the day, perhaps we will give them a shock, just hope so!



Interesting to see Andy Ellis has been sent out on loan to the championship for a month! still feel we should have kept him!

Someone said he wanted to move back North? He was our No1 hooker. What a loss. I do wonder what Sam Bolger is like but Powell seems reluctant to play him - prefers to play someone out of position instead.

Good to see Clubb back, hopefully Temata will have a point to prove after Wheeldon's signing.

Last week was the first time I'd seen Channing. May be a fair enough young player but way too small for a SL centre. His tackling technique is OK but Lulea (sp?) ran right through him on at least one occasion just on account of his relative strength. I was quite happy with Channing last week!

Channing is 76kgs which is about 24kgs short of most Centres and at 5'8'' he's 4'' shorter. Doubt he's gonna get much taller but can he muscle up another 24kgs? Nothing wrong with the lads attitude or commitment but its physically tough being a Centre. Likewise Dixon can maybe get away with being short and a bit lightweight for a full back but not a winger.

"most" centres are 100kg? First I've heard of it.
