If you watch the match, when , wilkin broke, wheeler had been pulled back by Penny. So instead of a forward pass, it should have been a penalty to saints. The fact that Child told Lou Scarsbrook four times to play the ball resulted in a penalty, but, the letter of the law is persistant foul play (4) should be a sin bin offence. Child should have given head and feed to Quins for the knock on by Cunningham, but, it should have been highlighted by the touch judge, video ref can say anything.
