The Watcher believes that 2nd half performance was the worst Leigh have played for ages. Poor game management & poor disciplne have cost us dear. What were the players thinking. Let's hope it doesnt cost us a place in SL. HKR were there for the taking at half time, very disappointing.

Imagine if you'd of had your two generals out along with your best prop, we'd have walked it. You couldn't of played us at a better time this season and you completely blew it.

You'll never have a better chance, at home, 18 points up, 1st choice HB's not playing and devoid of energy and you collapsed. At a higher level playing an idiot like hock will cost u games.



You need to regroup and understand how to manage a game. Still think you'll sneak in but that will have dented your chances massively.

Well deserved win for HKR ,have to say though we never look the same team when Moi Moi is on the pitch .Thought Armstrong was disappointing to say the least today and when your in front by a good few tries you have to learn to respect the ball.We didnt and the result tells that story today .On the other I don't think Leigh will ever have a worse second half again in the middle 8s so we now know we have to play lots better to achieve our goal . If we had put more pressure on HKR with some sort of kicking game I think they would of crumbled and they wouldn't of gained momentum the way they did . IMO I would like to see Pala play as I was really disappointed in Armstrong today ,however can't blame that second half on one player .

Play how you did in the first half for 80 minutes and you're there. Still think you'll be SL next season. That said we were poor first half!

Blueprint to beat Leigh today was play simple 5 sets and get a good kick in simple rugby has put us to bed in 40 minutes. Indiscipline gets punished at the highest level, Hock had a great 1st 30 minutes unfortunately he succeeded in giving Hull about 5 penalties in the 2nd half.



Armstrong also continued his poor form, he cant pass!! I can only imagine how many tries Kay would score if he had a centre who could actually find him. Palla must play in the next game.



Big ask to go to Salford but us realists knew this was also going to be a fight to the finish..

Here we go...time for some 'moronic posts' !! After all championship outfit Leigh, lost by 10 points to the challlenge cup finalists.

Some people will overreact,but lets be honest here,..we did blow it.

I think we lost it rather than they won it. Very disciplined first half,don't remember us giving a penalty away. Brierley too quiet for me. Hope they take from that to return stronger as they certainly showed they could hold there own.
