Right now we have the choice who do we go for? For me Smithy has to go for the lowest ranked team left in the comp whoever that may be.

Everyone has so far since it was introduced, its a no-brainer.

That could well turn out to be Leeds based on form.

It's a daft concept as I guess most coaches would rather not have the choice.



It can be more of an advantage to the clubs chosen as it can be used as a motivational tool.

I'd pick Wigan if they lose to Saints otherwise the winner of whoever Hudds play

People have said this each year and each year the team with ClubCall won the game.

This is the 3rd year of the concept and it just seems a strange one for me.



I believe you guys will have the choice of 2 from Wigan, Saints or Leeds when all comes to all and any of the 3 could turn you other on a good day. It just seems a step too far and not much of an advantage.



The whole play off system is a bit of a mess at the moment.

Is there any other sport in the world where you can pick your opponents???

All a bit of a con for me!



The system does need looking at.

Whoever is in worst shape, really.



This playoffs will throw up injuries, suspensions and probably somebody will find some form, so I guess we'll sit back and watch now for the next fortnight.



The smart money is that Leeds/Hudds will be coming to the H&J soon.

If Leeds win won't they play the looser of Wigan v Saints or have I got that wrong?

They'll play Hudds.



Catalan or Hull KR will play the loser of Wigan & Saints.

If Wigan lose against Stains and win against the next team can Tony still choose Wigan or not? My understanding is that the team that finishes 2nd can not be selected not too sure about the criteria though.
