a pointless game in which we play a team so young they could turn out for Rylands under 8's against a full strength Wigan side

A 'friendly' game whereby supporters pay to attend in order to give a loyal long serving player a much derserved financial windfall.



Good bloke all round is Woody. Shame that injuries prevented him from becoming the player he should have been.

bare in mind last pre-season when we put out a young squad against them lowes was incharge..... cant see smith doin that, its not his pholosophy.

If Smith sends out the youngsters - that's 75% of the first team these days !!

Should be going if i'm around, even if it the youngsters, 'nowt wrong with them.

Can we start a thread already as to whether the game is on or off due to the inevitable pitch inspection?

And a thread about how I paid £xx so soon after Christmas to watch a bunch of kids playing rugby at half-pace in the mud/frost/snow?
