£5 + 10% booking fee to park at the new gaff, whats the street parking like?

I`ll be going with a couple of middle aged types and so am looking to park at the ground. Been trying for a while to see how much a parking pass for the season will be, obviously wthout any response !

As for the £5 cost (if correct) this is on par for the Reebok so no more or less expensive for new grounds, tho i hope easier to get away from than the Reebok !

As a guide does anyone know how much the parking pass at the Willows was for a season ?

Don't drive to games so don't know the costs but to me that sounds scandalously expensive! Would have thought some bright spark at the airport might offer parking there, got to be masses of room on the grounds.

I don't generally pay to park at away games (will find somewhere free when I drive), but a fiver is what I paid last time I did pay (the cinder football pitches opposite Odsal) in 2010. I was gobsmacked to not get change from the fiver I handed them, but it does seem fairly standard for "official" parking these days.

Shame, this. Been to the Willows for the last three Leeds games there and always managed to get a parking spot on the road, just at the end of that little alley by the Family Stand turnstiles.



Nearest I've ever got to a seat in any ground.

If people want to save a fiver then they park 5-10 minutes walk away, simples.



£5 to park at the DW, £6 to park at the Reebok and it was a tenner at Blackburn last night (!!!), yet I've never paid any of those charges simply because there is either free or much cheaper parking available only a short walk away.

Do people really think that a fiver is that much of a rip off? i dont see it as that bad, just standard really.



Chances are you wont be on your own so that becomes £2.50 or less depending on your group (or a fiver every other match rather than splitting each time)...no big deal

£3.80 return from Stalybridge to Patricroft and can have a beer or two

Add a booking fee to buy a match day ticket online, there really selling this.





Don't forget nobody came to the Willows as it was like being in Kabul, the Brookhouse estate on the other hand will be more expensive than a night at the Opera.
