I think this Leigh team would have been competitive had they been promoted to Super League at the end of last season. I think they will certainly show up well in the middle eights.

The new structure badly needs Leigh and Bradford to step up to the plate and put on a good show in the Super8's, early signs are good though, both clubs seem completely reinvigorated.

Wigan will have to be on their game this year as they will only get once chance to beat Leigh this year.

You do realise that even in the far fetched scenario that Wigan end up in the middle 8, that they would play Leigh once in the league?



They could meet in the "Million pound match" but that wouldn't get them 2 points like you brag about in terms of taking 4 points off them.

I must admit I'd like to see it. I highly doubt it will happen, but if they don't book their ideas up they could easily get dragged down there.
