That article says everything that LF says reguarly. Average player. (Best of a team that didn't make the finals has to be a definition of average). Ellis himself talks about how much better the players are over there and how much he has learnt since being there. Isn't that what LF says about Ellis?

Wests Tigers are crap and Ellis was mediocre this season; they are on a downward spiral and it is easy to shine in that team etc etc

I think it's fantastic that Wests Tigers have done this!!



My ex girlfriend had a little boy who had learning difficulties. Lovely kid but really couldn't get to grips with reading and writing. As a result of this his school work suffered, other kids bagged him out all the time and he was pretty fed up with life. This in turn affected his behaviour at home and things got a little stressed from time to time



Then he was diagnosed with Dyslexia. And do you know... it was the best thing that could have happened. He understood that it was not HIS FAULT that he had learning difficulties. He attended extra classes for one on one coaching. His grades improved. He became the happy little boy that he used to be.



When I first came to London the little tacker wrote me a letter. Sure there were spelling mistakes...thats understandable. But I could tell how proud he was when he told me that they had awarded him the most improved pupil at school and given him a lovely certificate which the head teacher presented to him in front of the school.



So I'm really pleased for Ellis that they have decided to do the same thing.



Wests have gone up a notch in my book.



It's all about helping people out.

I really wish they researched things a bit better before making unfounded comments.



Poor kid had a rough trot until his Dyslexia was confirmed.





I still think its great Wests have a similar thing to try and improve their players confidence. I'm serious. I might even have Wests as my second favourite team after this.
