Saints fans... I have never been so torn as to who to shout for next week. Previously, it has always been Leeds. HOWEVER...



Whilst I dislike Saints "The Team", and in particular your dirty element (you know who I'm talking about), I remain very impressed by both the quality of play and conduct of your youngsters. I also am finding the general quality of the debate with your fans has improved. In fact, if it wasn't for the fact that Cunningham is still somehow involved in Rugby League, I'd almost reach the point of >cough, splutter< not hating St Helens.



I know, it's horrible, isn't it. It'll get worse when Graham leaves, too.



Meanwhile, whilst Leeds "The Team" pretty much only has McGuire and Bailey as their "highly disagreeable" players, their fans, on the other hand, have become the most officious, infantile, one-eyed, abusive and downright dislikable fans on the whole of RLFans.



Since the only poster who comes close to their depravity on the Saints side is Don Brennan, they are massively disadvantaged. And I'm massively confused.



So, give me a reason why I should hope for a Saints win. And something more original than "Because we're in Lancashire" and "Have you seen our young players coming through". Lie if you have to.





Two quick final points... Leeds don't get this chance to sway me because they banned me from their board. I was banned for BEING called a racist... understand that if you can.



And the other point, well played on Saturday. A combination of us throwing away too many chances and you playing a very solid, well-coached game means that for once, I have no controversy, cheating or referee inadequacy to complain about. Play like that on Saturday, and you WILL win.



God I feel sick now.

Oh, as an incentive, the best reasons might get mentioned in a video review of the season. Saddened! would like that, I'm sure.

Meh, support who you want. We couldn't care less.

If your banned from their board then you should be banned from supporting them to. So for Saturday I will make you an Honoury Saint. SAINT FISHSTA sounds good. Anyway Rhino's are dirty smelly creatures you wouldn't want to classed as one of them.

You'll support us because you quite clearly love Kieron Cunningham. You love him soo much and so deeply that the fact he played all those years for us has marked your very sole and continually drives your wild, anti saint rants.

Althoug I can be civil with Wiganers, getting their support is stretching it too far. Just sit back hope it's a good contest, and enjoy. That's what I did for the Wigan Warrington game. Was not supporting either side. Just wishing for a good hard tiring game. Sadly if the game is hard it will have no effect on the rest of the season. So just a good game will have to do.

If you think so, you're really reading too much into it. Much of it, as the astute Agent Mulder and Offside Monkey clearly picked up on, is "friendly banter", and indeed support for the current youth development. If you're familiar with me at all you'll know what a big fan of Eastmond I was and how much I wanted to see he and Sam pair up for GB. I'm an RL fan long before I'm a Wigan fan.
