So what will this mean for Cas?
When the league splits either:
i. We make the 8 when the league splits and lose most weeks or
ii. We get put in the mid-tier possibly along with Wakefield and Fev and hopefully win most weeks.
Could be good for us, go for the 8 and if we don't make it, with have a chance to give the younger players more chance ready for next season!

| First task for Tigers is to finish in the top 12 this season - than start to think about 2015 later.
The new format planned for 2015 as been agreed on in pricipal - but what chance of it changing again and why the sudden U-turn from the rebel clubs ?

Believe it got voted in 7-6 with Catalans abstaining.
The players will be knackered with the extra games?, who decides where the extra games are played?.
Apologies if I am wrong but am I right in thinking you could get relegated with more points than teams below you?
Think its a terrible plan the game is destroying itself from within

By all accounts the rebel clubs voted against 3X 8 ...I was told Cas were in favour of a 12 club SL and 3 x 8.

It makes finishing in the top 12 this season almost irelevant. All it would mean is we would start in a different league next season. We would probably end up in the middle league when it splits if we finish in the top 12 or not in 2014.

Its been destroying itself from within since 96, the licence system as been the biggest farce iv ever known, i would love to know just what a team would have to do to get booted out. Wakey fans there forum moaning its unjust. They have had millions more than us as you have from the game, they have had 6 years exempt from relegation as you have to build some infrastructure, those years have been criminally wasted. You and wakey are wanting to use Rovers training facilities because they blind your own. Your both putting big statements out when you put new windows in an office, Rovers have put 2 new stands up. the gravy train is stopping and were all back in the mix and we cant wait

In your bitterness you fail to see how this disadvantages clubs like yourselves, your going to be in a mini league with teams that have far better resources and preparation than yourselves(see my post on the wakey board). A modified version of the traditional one up one down (or two if possible) is a lot fairer to the Championship clubs. Throw into the mix that Toulouse are seeking a back door into SL for 2015 the chances of seeing Fev in SL in the next 5 years are slim to say the least.

| We definitely voted for the restructure. Extra revenue for a mediocre season when normally it would die out on its rear.

Wind your neck in Dong.
I have always being in favour of P & R, and it would have been successful if the R.F.L had put plans in place to assist both promoted & relegated sides. I too despair at all that money which has all too frequently ended up being spent on average players and their agents)
Good luck to you if you make it to the top table, no doubt your players will want a wage hike if you get there and the 3k or so stay at home Rovers fans will suddenly reappear to pay for it.
