They'll not dump Harlequins out after all the money that has been thrown at them to keep them solvent.

Still plenty of work to be done and a lot can change in the next few months. I will not be comfortable until July and we've got a licence.

=#0080FFI'd be careful with comments like that as they have a habit of coming back to haunt you. Neither of us appear to be in a position of strength with regards to the next round of franchises and we might both be deemed surplus to requirements yet.



Unfortunately, I think it's 99% certain that at least one of us will have to go. Crusaders, Catalans and Harlequins aren't going anywhere. Salford appear to be moving on with their stadium plans which should guarantee their position.



We need to be much further ahead with the stadium if we have any chance to retain our licence as our indiscretions of the past year are more than enough of a reason for the RFL to want us out.

Not really – if you look at the criteria, there's at least (and possibly at most) one club which meets them …

I hope you stay, SL wouldn't be the same IMO. Castleford is synonymous with RL.

One team nobody mentions when talking about teams to miss out is Bradford. They've had 2 woefully poor seasons, attendances are on the slide, and their ground is an absolute dump.
