I tend to agree, I think we have good people now, who know what they want, lets not have the Football mentality, we are a top side in this division, we win more than we lose, give them time to build, stick with it, Keep the Faith.

Fev have used that many coaches this season nevermind years !

The problem with that is that KH took over a very good team. He didnt take over a team close to the bottom of the league.



From the team he took over most people would say we have gone backwards rather than forwards.

I agree with GFB on that... If I didn't have patience I'd have stopped coming in July!!

But with potentially heavy turnover in players, especially in pivotal positions. How many more years are we looking at?

I have no idea what Harrison is trying to build. After 2 years with him as coach we need a hooker and 1 if not 2 Half backs (Murrell should be at 13 for me). We often look clueless and frightened to try something too flambouyant. How many of the academy players are given a chance? Holden is lucky if he gets a few minutes. I just dont see what Karl is trying to build after 2 years here. Maybe somebody can show me.

I remember the it doesn't matter about now quote after fev hammered us at home, so after losing at home to Sheffield does it stgill not matter or is it the pre season games next season when we start to come good.

I hate this kind of talk, you don't see other teams using it, the old its a 3 year plan etc, way to put off any potential season ticket buyers.



Oh and we were ahead of Sheffield and on a par with Fev not so long ago, granted we did start to suffer under Calland as I think things got stale but we haven't improved at all.
