What happens if Toulouse and Widnes finish in the bottom two? Do the next two teams above them get relegated? Are they re-organising the league at the end of the season?

Just want to know what deck of cards we are playing with.

Just the sort of farcical situation the RFL can get themselves into, by deciding one team can't be relegated, and another can be 'promoted' from the bottom half of the league!

So lets say Fax do get into SL and finish in bottom 2 with widnes, Toulouse cant go down and finish in 9th ?.



8th and 7th to get relegated, I somehow dont see this being able to happen. Fax wont be there at the end of the season, I feel better after todays performance than i thought i was going to.

Thought franchising was been brought into the championships next year?

That's what I thought too. Still, there's a good 10 months left before the RFL have to decide what they're doing

They aren't introducing franchising but are looking for clubs who fulfil certain criteria to apply for a spot in Championship One.

Wont matter to us, we will be in SL next season.
