Indeed. The two pubs outside the Don Valley are awful.

Still has to be ratified by the RFL and the FA apparently but I can't see why either should object.

I couldnt agree more, Don Valley is the worst ground to go to watch rugby, the playing surface is just too far away from the seats.

The Cocked Hat pub used to good when the little guy had it. That was the only decent thing about Don valley

i have been watching Halifax home and away now for two many years to count, wild horses cannot stop me attending games, though thick and thin i have supported my team



However i drew the line at Don Vally this year, the match day experience is as poor as it gets, the pitch is just too far away, the atmpsophere is lost, u can harley see what is going on, its worse than sitting in the third tear at old trafford on grand final day next to a ed up leeds fan singing in no realtion to the game whatsover.



its like watching a game through your neighbours window!



i for one think moving away from that althlectics stadium is a sound decison, and any seagul fan who moans needs a check up from the neck up!
