Great... Another loss

Yeah, another loss, but if you could just hang in right to the very end. You were so damn close today, probably closer than when you played us because you got a really good score on the board. Once your players can keep up the tempo for a full 80 then they'll have cracked it. It's a tough slog to adjust but we're only a quarter of the way through the season. There's so much of the season to go yet. Don't lose heart!



I heard that Matty Smith broke his ankle in the match today? Does that hurt the Crusaders (obviously it will be hurting Smith!) or do you have a replacement?

Certainly sounds like a cracking performance, a win must be just around the corner, unlike Salford who seem to be a team in utter freefall.

It was just in those last eight mins that we lost the game! Only if we could have hung on to the lead. Although we did have the pressure of being one man down cos of O'Hara's Sin bin.

well if ellis had let duggan come off and get replaced you would have had a fullback on in position and riley wouldn't have got half as far as he did.

That said i was impressed by o'hara, thought it was a bit strange that you had your starting props, subbed and then back on again before half time, does that happen regularly?

Yeah I'm sure it's an age and fitness thing. O'Hara and Peek are no spring chickens. This is maybe why we run out of gas.



It will probably improve as the season goes on and the more games they get under their belt.



As for Duggan his head was streaming when we started the attack. He should have gone off then and it ultimately hurt us in the end. We had a good go though.
