Just need to look at the position he started at to the one he's in now to see what a successful chairman will do. If he'd took over promised the world and not delivered then I'd be worried especially if he'd not got any other businesses to run. Still all you need to do is sack your chairman and you'll be guaranteed success, at least thats whats happened the last two times hes walked away from City.
