I don't think it should be all down to age you can be a great on field leader at 20 I'm sure whoever TS picks will be the right man

Tbf, that's not a bad shout. But this kid needs to grow into the player we all know he can be. It's at least three years to early for captaincy. Tilse would be my left field shout.

Just thinking along the lines this could take him to another level and challenge himself to even greater things, maybe early but as I said we don't need his talk per say just a let's get into them mentally and demand players to follow.

For captain I would go with Lunt; Vice-captain Ellis.

I feel Blair will get the nod if I'm honest , I don't think the extra responsibility will be good for Lunt's game could be a bit much for him to manage. In saying that I wouldn't mind if he did think he is top class player but feel Blair is a more balanced bloke (only my opinion )
