I heard from someone this afternoon that he may be out for between six and eight weeks, so as there is some discrepancy in the information we have both

Sounds serious. How do you develop a blood clot - I know you can get a DVT on a flight for example, but not something you hear about often as an RL injury as such. Is it just a spontaneous thing? Blooming bad luck if so.

Not sure in this case, but its not a 1st at Rovers. David Luckwell had a bad one in his leg a few years ago, he was out ages and even when he did get back he was never the same player.
