Good, important win, if we could only sort out our discipline

Good win and a good come back from Sunday. Well done to the players.

Happy for all with the win, especially after last week's performance; but we still have to resolve the discipline. To conceed a penalty very 4 or 5 minutes, team warning, two players sin binned has to be addressed, or our reputation will precede us and refs will be out to ping us.

Some good omens tonight , Kieran Cross & Howden played well together , Mason Tonks was doing well until he got Concussion.

Mark Castle played well as did George Milton.



Sitting near the dug out it was clear their is a good team spirit amongst the team & staff.



Negative the no of penalties we gave away , they scored there 1st try on the back of 5 penalties.



Some good attacking & defensive play , Foggin Johnson scoring the try of the match.

It was really important that we won tonight. The players clearly have some self-belief and their spirit shone through.



It gives us some hope that all might not be lost this season. As mentioned before, we have to keep battling on and never give up.



Well done to everyone on a spirited display tonight.

Wasn't there. How was cross in the halves?

He had a good game , added some pace and linked up well with Howden ! Was taken off late on but seemed ok .

Last night was a much improved performance inspired by the return of Howden who was very good, I believe the response after last Sunday shows there is a good team spirit and they have the desire and will to win.

I believe we have the spine of a decent team , Carr at full back, Howden at 6, Kes at 9 and Milton at 13.

The only downside was the ill discipline, I feel cost us 12 points last night, in closer games could be the difference between winning and losing.

Next week is a game I believe we can win if we cut out the silly errors. Not something I would've said after Sunday. I have been very critical of the team and particularly the coach this week so well done for proving a few of us wrong.
