A totally different quality of teams in the league now though and we are STILL THE SAME QUALITY.

Thats the BIG difference that why we feel a bit worried for OUR CLUB.

The club must know the depth of feeling about the poor start to the season and the speculation as to why, so isn't it time for another forum so that questions may be asked and some straight talking done.

I think in the past few season s we haven't had the best players in the league but we have had the best team spirit and never say die attitude than any other team in the league which have seen us fighting above are weight . Looks like this has now gone which now leaves us with a very average team

No, none of them are average,they have never had the chance to play together on a regular basis

Just a question then how many of are team would get in a top 4 side in this league ?

After yesterdays defeat I actually think there's a real chance of us going down, forget the London, Fev & Leigh games they are all better sides that we can't really compete with at the moment but we shouldn't be losing and by quite alot to teams like Workington & Hunslet we are simply not good enough! It does make it worse that we had such a good season last year but we have failed to add to that and other teams have now overtaken us. Apparently its the Dons biggest budget ever but it looks like a waste of money or the youngsters are good but were not giving them a chance cos of Dual Reg.

Only Doherty and Walton have shown promise and could fit into the existing team the rest have enthusiasm etc. but not the ability at the moment. Talent is seen in players even after one game chance as with Wilkinson and Dunn last season who made an immediate impression.

How can you say that when half the lads haven't been given a chance in the team if you put them in a game they might shine through

Seem to think most played at some point in the 4 friendlies but stand corrected if not.

I'm sick of hearing the same excuses and promises to put things right. When is something positive going to be done such as signing some quality players to stop the rot. It will be interesting to hear what Carl Hall has to say in the next IN THE DUGOUT but again I imagine it will be the same old crap.The Rovers taking over the Dons reminds me a bit of when Richardson took over the Rovers.It's downhill all the way.
