This IS winnable, and I know I am stating the bleeding obvious, only if we tighten our defence and think at the tackle stage ... no fiddling about, minimise penalties.

We need to play territory against these guys and keep their forwards away from our line where possible.

i hope cross is fit too, but looking at him Sunday, rib injury arm near enough plastered up, i

don't know how he got onto the pitch,

then got some other knock he got Sunday, i doubt it but all my

fingers are crossed[ not a pun for him coz he's on fire at the minute, playing

awesome, and everything good we do comes mainly from him.

Not saying others aren't contributing ie feka, thackray, Spiers and others as they are, but he

would be a big miss for this week.

If we get on top down the middle we might have half a chance. If they throw the ball out wide I think they'll expose our defensive frailties. This is our chance to show we've got those issues sorted and that we can be a threat to Barrow and Toronto for a top two spot.



If the game is as good as last Sunday's it'll be well worth watching.

Toronto will be licking their lips at playing on our pitch, it is made for them.



As DM said, this game could be a real slog down the middle, but winnable if we get on top. Their advantage would be on the wings so it could come down to how we deal with that

Ball retention a good kicking game and keeping a low penalty count is crucial if we have to have any chance. Fully agree regarding the pitch, all the blurb about the Wolfpack suggests they are a top of the ground side. Not expecting a win but a committed and error free game from us will do me.

The ticketing for the Rhino's game is a mess as well. It should say on the Dons' website that the online facility can't cope with the ticketing discount arrangements and tickets need to be purchased from the stadium.

The Toronto game seems like a good marketing opportunity for the Dons. With the Rovers playing Mansfield at home on Saturday, with a good crowd expected as a win will see us promoted, are we going to try to tap into the Rovers fan-base for the Sunday match?



I'd have considered selling a Mansfield and Toronto ticket to the Rovers fans for probably £1 more than a Rovers ticket alone.



I've received no email from the Dons about the match on Sunday. This game needed promoting long before now. People can't rearrange their weekends at such short notice anyway.
