Lads, they're right. It should not be about the state of a clubs finances but how they performed on the pitch as to what division they find themselves in.



And that's why until Leigh have been demoted to Championship 1 as they deserve to I wont be paying them any attention.

im used to the nonesensical, hypocritical crap. its the attiitude to toa that got me. a great servant of the game deserves more respect than that. especially one who retired through injury.

It's a shame that this guy was forced to stop playing through injury and I know from speaking to his sister in law that he literally explored every avenue to try to keep on playing. It really devastated him that he couldn't take part in last years NR Cup final.

It's a shame that some people revel in the fact that he isn't playing anymore. I wouldn't appreciate it if anyone on here posted similar comments about Neil Turley.

Leigh fans are as bad as those in SL tbh.



Look over their posts a lot think they have the right view on franchises and everyone else is wrong. Moan about everything yet offer no solutions and when one does they get shot down.

Now when it's announced that you are joining us again (it's been too long) i will take the mick out of all the overrated aussie journey men you sign and how Salford put 50 on you and all the pastings you get in season 1.



Until then keep on trucking.

only a fool would expect anything other than some serious pastings along the way. its a very steep learning curve. if all goes well on thursday then if anyone has the drive and the funds to get this club going places its Steve O'connor. given the chance who knows where we might be in 3 years, or 6 years. i would take a season or two of pastings if it meant getting somewhere in the long run.

i look forward to reaffirming some old and sadly neglected rivalries, assuming all goes well next week. (and being a viking, thats a big assumption if we go on past RFL form)
