Yates is a good player, he was superb off the bench against Haven in the play offs, made a couple of try saving tackles and plays. the talent is there, and I'd like to see him get some game time. He certainly needs to bulk up though to progress, he's never going to break tackles at present. Look at the height of Kyle Eastmond, yet because of his strength he can break tackles easily.

I've also heard this may be true don't think he has signed anything yet though.

Horne can but in last few years they bulked him up to cement him in 2nd row!

He can play centre and has played there a few times for Hull.

would be a quality signing for you men next year that. Looked good for Hull in the centres last year scored plenty of trys strong and quick and can cover a few postition would be a quality signing

Hope you are right about yates, as i would love him to do well and be a regular.Just a opinion but i think the next year or two, is the time to break into the side.I like his direct running i just worried about his catching under a high ball.

TBH couldn't see him and Dean signing anyway as both fill same spots etc etc.

On one hand he would be a decent signing but ultimately if we get someone like Dean he isnt really needed.
