Who is to say that an Aussie club wouldn't pay a fee? It might be unusual but it wouldn't be impossible to imagine. Plus, if you were Chase, where would you rather play? I think he'd be happy to go down under, not too sure about his partner / little un.

I'd love to know who the other two halfback targets are. I'm assuming they're British or at least British based?

Very poor. Deceptively slow, awful defensively and poor decision maker. I had massive hopes for him but I've seen nothing to suggest he'll ever be even an average SL player.

or indeed can afford, the way Millward talks in todays Rugby Players about how good a player he would be in the Hull team smacks of him wanting the money to spend, trouble seems to be that Pearson won't put up with being fleeced and paying more than he feels a player is worth or indeed what he was quoted in the first place. They say they have a good fall back situation if it falls through we'll see! You can see Pearsons point its his money I guess!

I don't think we have one. I think it could be a case of signing a player in another position and shuffling. Not ideal. Only a rumour.
