Why do people always post a question like that as some kind of justification for keeping dross or recruiting poorly? Do agents ever ring you up offering you players? sharps' recruitment and retention was awful but I've never known if that was down to him or hetherington. it's well documented they didn't get on

I wouldn't be surprised if Kath was signing who she wanted, Sharp just coached them. He did like his utility players, but I think he's the best coach we've had in years.
