Chill out, all. Rovers have had a fortunate run of games. Four home games since the derby, Cas, Widnes, Wire and Salford. Won three of them and lost one. Widnes and Salford have four away wins between them all season. Lets see how Rovers get on at Huddersfield and Saints.
Even if we lose tomorrow we can finish in the top 8.

Can't believe what I'm reading on this thread. You would think it was the 1982 Kangaroos side we were playing not a Wakefield team who have won only 2, yes 2 games all season so far.
Yes we've lost a few games but we'll have enough to get past Wakefield. If not then we deserve to be in the middle 8s.

Me neither, that was sort of my point. The criteria for meriting inclusion in the Super 8s is now winning at Belle Vue. If you finish 8th but don't win at Belle Vue, you need to surrender your place with honour intact.  |

You know exactly what my point was so don't come across all dumb. We shouldn't lose tomorrow and I don't think we will. In the event that we do and fail to qualify for the 8, there will be no justification for hard luck stories or claims we have been badly done to. And bringing up the Rovers result, really? You may as well dredge up results from the 75-76 season. They have about as much relevance. |
