I understand some people saying Radford is playing the kids but these kids need a top coach to learn from and the right club surroundings to come into. I didn't think when he was appointed he was the right man and that hasn't changed one bit and lacks serious man management skills

I wonder if Pearson was smart enough to put any minimum achievements into Radford's contract, like top 8 qualification. If so this might reduce any likely payout for getting rid of him. Just a thought.

He said he would walk if he couldn't do the job, well it's clear he cannot. Pearson should bite the bullet and sack him first thing Monday morning. With all the pubs Radford has, if one of his managers was to continually serve crap beer, not give the customers some entertainment to encourage them to go to the pub, and openly criticise and bully his staff in front of the customers, he would soon get rid. Where is his 'professional pride'? look in the mirror Lee, you are undoubtedly a man of courage, do the right thing and resign and retain some self respect while you can.

Great sentiment but would you resign from a say £100K a year job and get nothing when you could be sacked instead and get a full pay off?

Can we now officially declare this as bad as the Peter Walsh / Len Casey era's because it certainly feels like it.



In fact I fully expect Scooby Doo to turn up, rip Radford's mask off and reveal Len Casey.

It was Radford's own words after the 0.7 loss to Widnes (I think) that if he couldn't do the job he'd walk.......He has to be true to his word/himself to retain self respect and professional credibility.
