It's obvious what he meant: Gentle puts two pieces of paper with the words 'left' and 'right' on them into a hat, and Yeaman pulls one of them out to determine where he plays.

Yeaman on the left picks itself, the same way it has done for every coach, SL or internationally, for ten years.



For all your trumpeting, I haven't heard one single argument as to why he shouldn't play there.

Yes it will, but by being proven quality there for many a year, he picks himself. Obviously not literally, but if Yeaman plays he plays on the left, as it just makes sense due to his being comfortable there. Same as Crooks has shown that, while preferring the left, he's just as comfortable on the right.

That's not what it's about though, Arundel is injured, that means Yeaman & Crooks are going to be our centres. Yeaman should play left and given that's where he's made his name he should get his left spot back, especially as Crooks is just as comfortable on the right.
