Errrrrrrr No.
Horne was a good evasive runner, but passing speed, accuracy & decision making was not his forte -IMO. |

It's not a direct comparison though, to be fair, so it still wouldn't be conclusive. He's switched sides and right wingers often don't score as many as left. |
