if its the same chippy i'm thinking of, we went in a year or so ago and it wasn't great, chips were very greasy, and the fish tasted like it had been there an hour.

Then why was the thread on Prescott locked? He has something to do with the CITY OF KINGSTON UPON HULL, not just because he lumbers a club with his presence. Then again a guy who runs a Fish + Chip Shop (albeit badly) is far more use than Prescott ever was or will be.
