to be fair it was about a month before ellis signed never thought they might have the 2 mixed up!! the reason i didnt put it on here was because as u say to me it was a fantasy rumour and didnt beleive it and only put 2 and 2 together and made 64!! look how many posts i do i wouldnt just post "b011oxs" just knarks you off a bit when theres 2 or 3 on here that think because they havent made it up or got the story it isnt true and think they are MR HULL FC!! think you just need to get off ya high horse a bit

I heard it too and did put it on here. Didn't give it much credence but it was no better or worse than other speculations on here. Genuinely assumed after Jamie signed that the bloke who told me had got confused, but that doesn't mean it wasn't doing the rounds.



I've been a bit tongue in cheek about what constitutes a rumour, to press a drawing pin under the saddles of those who [iare [/ion their high horses about the definition. The answer, it would appear, is "Not much", judging by the number of 1000-post threads we've had. Who is anyone else to tell me - or you - how "established" a rumour has to be before you're allowed to post? It's down to the rumour poster's own opinion, in my opinion.
