I'd like to think we do this already but if we dont it will be good if Webster brings that element of the Morgan coaching manual with him. I think it's a great move if each player has a sheet on their own strengths and weaknesses as the opposition would see them too in order to develop/learn.

Not exactly. I think what he said was that they don't [iworry[/i about the opposition and focus more on their own performances. That's open to interpretation and I would guess that they certainly do the basics at least.
