After reading the Pearson article again it doent really say anything so i dont think we need to get too disheartened. It denies hes moving to DOR and thats about it imo

I'm disappointed we are not playing better rugby but I have seen us in far worse situations than this.

I'm upbeat that Adam Pearson is now leading us and It will bring us success but it won't happen overnight.

Good performance to the end of the season may earn Agar the chance to show what he can do with an improved squad next year. But after that nothing is guaranteed beyond any set of 6 poor performances. The difference I believe, is that Rich Agar or any coach's performance is now under the spotlight of his boss and as we know Adam will change things to bring us success. I remain up beat for the future and I'm sure the right decisions will be made. But we have to be patient for now.

Problem is that we've already been patient

I dont get how there are these fools about who still think Agar will come good, give him next season with his own team etc. The mind boggles!

I am not saying I think it will happen but what would you all do if Agar took you to 3rd next year and the Grand FInal through the play offs?

Another year of broken promises and hearts will damage the new regime for good. People will not renew as it is with the credit crunch and coupled with the clear lack of determination to improve on the field, will spell lean times.



If Rich Agar continues into next season then by May what is left of the faithful will be calling for Adam Pearsons head.

Evidence suggests that last years almost run to 4th place was the exception rather than the norm.



This year he's finally got "His Team" that we've all been waiting patiently for, had a reasonable injury run (aside From Long, But Saints have done well enough with Eastmond/Pryce out for most of the season) and were back to clinging onto the playoff spot (pointless in its self, no team has ever won from 4th or below) as if thats something to be pleased about.
