All seaters are a requirement of the premier league, and more family friendly than grounds that are all standing, the FA/PL are in consultation at the moment about allowing some standing areas, but will the Council have the money (or inclination) to make any changes, I doubt it.

When I saw you had posted on this thread, I could have put a fair some of money wagering that you where moaning about something or other. Gets incredibly boring for the rest of us.

Arrr but standing areas will invariable increase the capacity and hence increase the revenue into the coffers. I am sure the council will find some inclination then

The best set of fans for singing anywhere in the world, for any team are undoubtably the England cricket team's Barmy Army. The singing is relentless regardless of the state of play in the game. They also have a song for each individual home player and several for opposing players too. If a new player is called into the team, a day or so is sat constructing a new song for him. We need some of that!!........

We need the team to stop being shat and the atmosphere will improve. A singing section is a non starter. Where would it be? How would you ensure only people who would sing would sit there? What about those who will sing but have reserved seats elsewhere? What about those who would sing but sit in other stands?



If there's anything to sing about people will sing
