I think Rangi Chase was the sort of player we needed. Shame it didn't happen.

Miller's wonderfully floated pass to the touch judge was a joy to behold. If Yeamen had been on Richards shoulder it would have still gone over his head.

In as unsmug a way as I can possibly manage today, has Miller shown much in any game yet?

I've only seen him against Cas, Wakefield (I think), Bradford, Wire and today but have yet to see him produce anything like a top half back.

Has he taken a game and stamped his authority on it yet?

Think tickle and crooks were the worst,but the 2 halfs yeaman,watts,houghton were poor as was westerman.

Thought the touch judge was poor,should have anticipated the pass and should have been running on to it,if he had he would have been hulls only try scorer.

It's not knee jerk,both halfs were garbage,especially Miller,followed by Tickle and Westerman.



P.S I said at the beginning of the week that if Horne was fit he should of been in the 17,it's no coincidence that since he got injured we have crap in the majority of our games.

Ignoring the trolls, our halfs haven't been good enough for much of the season. Horne was the pick of them (That Richard Horne who most have said wasn't good enough for the last 6 or so years). Holdsworth has been inconsistent at best (Although injuries have disrupted his season, he still has a tendancy to go missing in games IMO) and Miller is just a young kid who is talented but a long way from being a starting half for a team aspiring to challenge for honours.



Not convinced miller and holdsworth as a combination will be good enough next season
