It was for both, you had to win tonight to have bigger fish to fry. Listen man right now on the field you have a team which is considerably better then ours, we are not denying that. I reckon deep down most FC fans expected to lose tonight and I dare even say some would have thought the same last week. So considering about 3000 came over probably expecting a loss is some achievement. Its frightening to think what we would have brought if we actually fancied our chances.



I don't see the need for you to be so arrogant about the situation, if this game was at the KC it would have being over 10k. You can mock any other aspect of our club but we travel in numbers every week, not just for finals.

IMO if we had the game at the KC this weekend it would have being well attended by Hull fans and Wire would have brought about 1500-2000 over.



I don't think you can compare a game against Huddersfield to Warrington really, but I take your point.

It is hard to say, you would hope we could muster at least a 10k crowd for a play off game. But times are hard for everyone at the moment and with all play-off games on Sky a lot of people look at it from a financial point of view. Something needs to be done to encourage people to come to the playoffs though, making kids £14.50 on the day will put people off who don;t know if the can make it the last minute. Better prices on family passes and not just the family of 4 as most clubs market to.

To encourage people to come to each play off game a discount on game 2 (if your team progresses) if you have your ticket from game 1 etc could all be done to encourage people to go to each game and not just cherry pick.

Great turnout by the Hull fans and certainly outsung the home support throughout the game.

Even Sky mentioned the empty seats several times last night. That was particularly embarrassing for a club that has seen a lot of success over the last few years.



Kudos to the FC faithful that made it and sang their hearts out.



I'm sad that we lost, but happy with the effort. 24-0 down and we didn't stop trying.
