Well said Joe, lots of effort, commitment, desire on show. Not to mention we played some decent rugby and never took a backward step from a defensive perspective.
Sharp needs to sort his positioning out in defence though, twice he got caught in the second half.
After the Rovers and Leeds games there has been a genuine improvement in us during the last three games and if we continue to improve then we should go well.

Actually, you need both. Either one is no good without the other. I don't think this changes anything with regards to most people's opinions of Agar (certainly not mine), but we did better than most people expected us to do in this game and that deserves some credit at least. |

Depends what you mean by 'go well'. If we continue as we are, we'll certainly pick up a few wins against some of the lower calibre opposition. We might even make the top 6 if we get a decent run with injuries. But I don't imagine we'll be a in a position to realistically think about winning anything this season. Or next if Agar stays. |

Go well to me means competing in every game and seeing where that takes you. I don't think we have the players or the coach to win trophies and a new coach won't fix it up overnight but Agar is the man in charge right now and the last three games tells me we are starting to look in better shape. Defensively we have improved a lot from the Rovers game and our kicking game is getting better. |
