Sorry to see him go out like this. He's a wholehearted player but people suggesting he's been 'great' for FC are wrong. He's been OK; but a shadow of the player I watched in the NRL.

Maybe some people think he's been great for our young players to be around off the field as an example of how to be a full time player. Maybe some people have a much wider vision than your own when assessing his worth to the club as an overseas signing.

You've not watched us much then? Some of the runs n hits in some of our toughest matches have been great. Don't underestimate the forward game over here. We're behind the Ozzie s in many departments but not forward play. In fact over the yrs there's been a number of oz forwards who've done nothing over here.

Ogres led from the front the whole time. When he makes an error he hits harder to get it back, when the games tough he enjoys it more.

I remember when he had rib cartilage damage n didn't miss a game. For a while he was getting jabbed up just to train. This guy has been great for us. Shame for a lot of the time we couldn't put a better team around him!

Pity he couldn't give Roby a farewell hug

Has been a very good signing and will be missed.



Sad that his career should end without another game at the KC or a go at the play-offs but kind of fitting that his last ever game should be at Wembley.

Marks been our best forward this year his impact very valuable, and he has brought forwards like Green on, off the field and mentored them, his true value will be felt for a few years best of luck hope he stays in the game has loads to offer at any club, Hope we can get some real quality in to help pea with Mark and lynch going there is a big hole along with ticks to fill in our pack

The whole family have come over here and embraced the town and totally immersed themselves into the fabric of the west hull community. Pity it ended this way mate but what a career !!

Full respect for Mark. Been better than most of our overseas signings in the KC era. Enjoyed watching him thoroughly and IMO gave 100% for us most of the time, and you cannot ask more than that. Also model pro.
