Green did well to keep his head despite the early fumble.



Great to see youth given a chance.

Considering not one player made their super league debut last year, it's fantastic to see youngsters given a chance. Things won't always go their way (as in Green's first hit up), but it will stand them in good stead for the future.

Once we have players coming back, we'll have a strong squad because of the experience they are getting at the moment.

The way Gentle spells them in games is superb as well.

I actually think it was a questionable decision to give Green the first drive of the set in the circumstances at the time, given that he'd just walked onto the pitch. Did better as he settled down, Kent also did ok. Still not convinced Green is big enough for prop at this stage though. Bowden starting to not look out of place at all.

Kent did very well against a tiring Bradford pack in the last quarter.

Green recovered well from a first touch howler and his stint at the beginning of the second half was very good.

Bowden was steady and fairly assured.

Yes he did. I remember a young lad dropping the first TWO balls he got, and Yeamo hasn't done bad since !

Think after the first few carries Green got dumped in somebody must have had a word because his position going into the tackle changed as he was initially running really upright.



Thought Kent was the pick of the 3 tbh

Speaking of young players, Bateman was a real handful last night. I'd heard he was good but it's the first time I've seen him play.

Said the same thing at the match. Second half he was dropping his shoulder on contact when taking the ball up and driving through tacklers and making yards. Far too upright in the first half.



Kent was impressive in his spell at the end and Ellis really grew into the game, kicking won us the game in the second half.

Thought Bowden has improved each game and nothing flashy just safe yard making hope he continues to improve as he has done so far.



Green I tough did well although to be fair as has been mentioned he did spill the ball but recovered well and grew as the game went on and he like Bowden on his first game will have learnt an awful lot from his experience.



Kent I thought went well although against a tiring side but still did all that was asked of him and again will have learnt alot and can only get better with each chance given.
