I think we're forgetting how much Taylor wants to be at Hull, he'd already made his intentions clear to Wigan and was disappointed when they activated his 3rd year, although not surprised. What's happened since is that Wigan have made it impossible for him to move by requesting a ridiculous transfer fee (double what they paid has been rumoured (£200k)). Now they're looking to offload him to Hudds on loan, it's like they're telling us that we're not having him.

He'll be a Hull player, and I still expect it to be this year, it's gone quiet on the Tahu front which makes me think we're keeping a bit of money aside for something. Ball's in Wigans court ultimately.

Tend to agee. The Tahu link (other signing) has gone very quiet, can't see it happening now and as you say maybe the Taylor situation has overtaken this behind the scenes.

Scott looks to be going to either Huddersfield or Leeds in the next two weeks on a season long loan deal. He asked Wigan to allow him to come home and they refused and since then he has not been picked for the last six weeks. Mcnamara rang him last week to inform him that he is not in the England squad has he isnt playing club rugby. Scott was'nt pleased about that and at Wigans presentation tonight words will be said

If we can offload Miller sharpishly then we have a chance of Taylor for next season but it has to happen very quickly.

Seems a bizarre situation that Wigan wont let Taylor come to Hull yet will let him go to Hudds or Leeds who they will see as nearer competitors next year. Doesn't add up, they might as well just let him go to you now as wait a year and strengthen a title rival in the mean time.

As you are a Judge you will know better than me but GMP are saying they have not received a complaint from a member of the public. I think that is the only way he could be charged. For what its worth Ben Flower should be charged with first punch as one 'crime' Then charged for second. Finally he should be charged with bring the Game Into Disrepute
