Think he definitely did enough to start on Sunday. Hoping he ends up like a Domic signing - unpopular signing but a mature and solid player in our back line.

Didn't go but I don't think there was a single post that complained about him on here after sunday, everyone seemed of the opinion he did well when he came on and the right side looked more solid, so I think you must be right.

Like as been said, most of this years recruitment had been done before the coach was appointed so he was signed on a 1 year deal in a postion we desperately needed cover for.



I am sure once next year might be different but we do have Crooks/Pearce coming through and it might turn out to be a real good signing for this year.

Martin looked solid enough however I thought young Crooks showed more than enough, and I wouldn't hesitate to start him from the off in the Bulls game.



As for Jordan Turner? He's another Whiting. . .just not good enough for one particular role. If anything, Turner has played his best rugby at stand off.

Maybe sometimes experience can help Jake? Not a pop at you,just an observation.

Id have Martin,Whiting and Crooks ahead of Turner tbh...he wont get a look in at 6 this yr with Horne,Nicklas and Seymour can play there as well......he can go at the end of the season for me...

You won't see Pearce playing in the centre position. Gentles already said he's playing back row plus he's a bit off from playing first team.

I was thinking more of a years time, who knows by then.

He is also injured as well at the moment
